We had a perfect stay at this place! The location was amazing, right in the center of the city, near all the famous attractions. The staff at the reception desk were so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions we had. The room itself was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast served in the dining area, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the service and amenities provided here exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the city center and a few minutes from both tram and metro stations. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that is well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and they go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is of good quality, and there are plenty of nearby options for dining. the hotel offers great value for money.

One small drawback is that there is no fitness center available on-site.

Clean room and bathroom, with good water pressure in the shower. Efficient AC, large minibar, and good selection of Italian channels on the TV. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

During my recent stay, I was really surprised by the convenient and good value provided by this hotel. The quality of the room was excellent, with a spacious marble bathroom and a full bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo or a short Metro ride. Despite the reception staff not being overly friendly, they were helpful in recommending a nearby trattoria and answering all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Duomo area and the historic center. I loved being able to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, even making me espresso while I waited for my cab. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the bed was comfy. this hotel was fantastic.
